Welcome to The Mitt-Inn! We are a boutique vacation rental located on US-31, in historic Petoskey, Michigan — the Petoskey area’s newest and only dog-friendly, luxury accommodations. Our charming escape by the Little Traverse Bay will welcome guests beginning in June 2023.

This colorful oasis was originally constructed in 1890 and is currently undergoing an extensive redesign. Once complete, our guests will enjoy almost 3,400 square feet of designer-curated indoor space and a variety of outdoor entertaining options. Our property is also dog-friendly, includes private parking, and is stocked with all the amenities needed to make your trip stress-free, comfortable, and unforgettable (for both you and your pet)!

A first of its kind in Petoskey, we are also uniquely ideal for group stays and small celebrations—the perfect destination for weddings, anniversaries, engagements, bachelor/bachelorette parties, reunions, retreats, and all life’s other milestones.
