PET POLICY + AMENITIES

• pet policy

  • a pet fee of $250, per approved pet will apply; additional security deposit may be required (inquire for more details)

  • we eagerly welcome friendly dogs at our property

    • maximum of 1 dog per apartment, 2 for full property buyout

    • 50 pound weight maximum (larger breeds subject to owner approval)

  • other small pets subject to owner approval

  • sorry, no cats (due to property owner allergies)

  • pet must be secured in a carrier or leashed in all shared spaces (unless guest has booked a full property buyout)

  • if left unattended at any time, pet must be secured in a crate or other secure travel carrier

  • please use dedicated relief area + always clean up after your pet ($100 clean up fee will apply if waste is not removed)

  • any pet in violation of these policies, that shows signs of aggression to other guests (animals included), or causes excessive noise and/or property damage may be asked leave with no notice, at the property owner’s sole discretion
